Options is a transition fair for high school students and their families. The goal of Options is to connect students and their families with resources that are essential for their future. Agencies and Resources present will be focused in the areas of: Educational Opportunities, Employment Services, Vocational Day Programs, Government Programs, Health Services, Legal Resources, Recreational Opportunities, Referral Sources and Information, Residential Programs, Transportation Resources There are many considerations for youth and adults who have disabilities. We have summarized each service and listed organizations in and around the Chicagoland area that offer critical services to all persons with disabilities. Each organization is listed under its primary service category. Remember, most organizations provide multiple services, and you should thoroughly read through the information so that you can become aware of all of your Options! Service organizations attending the Options Fair will be listed in the link near the top of this web page.
